France Design Impact Awards

Award ceremony for the first French national design prize, on Thursday evening. This award aims to showcase design achievements across all design professions and sectors. It seeks to demonstrate the added value and positive impacts of design for progress and society.

Through a boat crossing of the Loire, we will head to the heart of the Docks in Nantes, within a building rich in naval history and a fancy brewery and restaurant.

General assembly

Consents

By registering for the Cumulus Nantes 2025 conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Right to Image: You consent to the use of any images or videos taken during the conference for promotional and documentation purposes, including online and offline materials.
• Sharing of Contact Information: You agree to have your contact information shared with other conference participants. This may include your name, title, institution, and email address, which will be accessible through the event platform or other communications as part of the networking opportunities at the conference.
• Agreement to Terms & Conditions: By registering for the conference, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Cancelation policy

Before 1 May 2025: 50% of the selected ticket type will be refunded. To request a refund, please send an email to cumulus2025@lecolededesign.com. All refunds are made in Euros. The organisation cannot refund any shortfalls resulting from exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.

After 1 May 2025: No refunds will be made, but you have the option to change to virtual attendance. If a registered attendee is unable to attend the Cumulus Nantes 2025 conference, their registration may be transferred to another person at the same institution or organisation who is not yet registered for the conference, at no additional charge. Transfers can be requested via cumulus2025@lecolededesign.com

For virtual/online attendance, no refund is possible.

Visa invitation letters

Invitation letters for delegates will only be provided once payment for delegate fees has been made. Invitation letters for accepted authors can be provided on request once their submission is approved.

Payment

All registration fees must be fully paid prior to the conference. If the conference fees have not been paid before the beginning of the conference, the participant will not be allowed to enter the conference venue.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility or liability for injuries or losses resulting from any cancellations, accidents, illness, or other occurrences that may arise in connection with the conference or its social events. Participants are advised to take out their own travel and health insurance.
